Mr. B. Appa Rao is the senior member of the firm qualified in the year 1988 and is well versed with Internal / Management / Concurrent Audit / Statutory audits for Limited Companies/Credit Co-operative societies (Viz APSRTC Et& ccs Ltd & SCR EccsLtd) /Local Bodies (MCH)/ Preparation of Project reports feasibility studies for financial assistance, Monitoring of Lenders Credit, Mergers & Acquisitions, Spin offs, Restructuring, Representation for Sick Industry Matters, Stock & Systems audits.

P. Brahmanna - Partner

Mr. P. Brahmanna is a Chartered Accountant who qualified in the year 1987.
He has worked with various Listed companies in the industries like Spinning, Pharma, IT, ITES, Telecom & Chemicals.
The areas of his expertise in Financial Planning fund raising working capital management, Treasury, RBI, FERA related matters, Mergers & Acquisitions and corporate restructuring.

G. Krishna Mohan - Partner

Mr. G. Krishna Mohan is a Fellow member of ICAI and Qualified in the year 1986.
He worked for APSRTC ET & CCS Ltd for thirty years. He is the partner of the Firm since June 2017. He is having good exposure in Finance and Taxation matters.

Other Team

The rest of the team consists of 9 semi-qualified assistants with basic qualification in commerce, Business Management and about three graduates.
This team is thoroughly trained in the audits and financial advisory functions and the experience range from 3 to 10 years.
Other office assistants provide assistance in the office.
They are all well proficient in computer skills and audit techniques.
